The location couldn’t be better, right on Place d'Armes. It made exploring the city a breeze, with restaurants and shops just steps away. The decor, with art on every floor, created a unique atmosphere. My room was clean and had a nice electric kettle for tea. Staff were remarkably helpful, offering quick service and friendly smiles. Unfortunately, the room was quite small, and I had trouble with outside noise from the square, especially at night. The shower pressure fluctuated a lot, making it challenging to enjoy. Breakfast had decent variety, but I wished for more options on certain days.

Wi-fi worked great. The lift was very slow, better to use the stairs.

During my stay, the heating didn't work on the first night, making the room unbearably cold. Fortunately, I found an extra blanket in the wardrobe, but it took the staff too long to fix it. The shower had inconsistent water pressure, fluctuating between scalding hot and cold, which was quite infuriating when trying to leave for the day!
